Christmas

A Christmas that knows their name

Santa or the Three Wise Men call each child by name, and the whole family watches together and passes it on.

Three ways into every home

  • Video call

The phone rings, and it’s Santa

He calls the child by name and talks about what the family told him. For Iberia’s Three Wise Men, the child could also ask questions and get an answer, within rules agreed with the brand.

  • Song

A dedication, turned into a song

Anyone can give a Christmas song to someone, with that person’s name in it. For DedicatOREOs, Belinda sang it.

  • Receipt

    The purchase unlocks the magic

The family scans their receipt and unlocks the experience, once per receipt. You decide whether any purchase counts or set a minimum.

Walmart México did it with Navilandia: families scanned in store, opened the app, and their receipt unlocked Santa’s world.

Santa knows what the family told him

  1. We start from what you already have for Christmas: your ad, your jingle or your mascot.

  2. A grown-up shares whatever they like about the child: age, hometown, pet, or what’s on the wish list.

  3. The child watches their own video call or song. Nothing the child says is stored.

  4. The family shares it, and you see how many come in, finish it and send it on.

From approved script to launch, plan on at least 4 to 6 weeks.

Christmas campaigns that reached millions

Santa’s call for Coca-Cola was our very first project. Konzum and Mercator won an Effie with theirs.

Unique experience: one experience made for one person.

What brands usually ask

Is it a live person?

No. Each video is generated with AI the moment it’s opened. When there’s a conversation, the character follows rules we agree with your team: which topics are in and which are out.

Is it a real phone call?

It depends on the format. Usually each family opens a link and watches the video call in their browser. If a campaign does call people’s phones, each person asks for the call by leaving their number, and consent and calling rules (TCPA in the US) are reviewed with your legal team.

Does Santa speak English?

Yes. Each family watches in its own language.

What about the voice? Do we need an actor?

The voice belongs to a real person, recorded and processed with AI. A few photos and a few minutes of voice are enough, or a short session. No need to film a version for each person.

Exclusivity, pricing, children’s data and timelines: questions about campaigns.

What brands say

  • The holiday campaign we developed together with Amaze was the most personalized, diverse, and global we’ve ever done at Coca‑Cola. They managed to fuse technology, creativity, and strategic detail to bring to life a unique experience on a massive scale.
