INFORMATION FOR SUPPLIERS
At Amaze, we continually strive to enhance our ability to deliver high-quality creative services and personalized support to our clients. To achieve this, we operate an integrated Management System based on recognized standards, such as ISO 9001:2015.
The quality of service provided by our suppliers is essential to meeting this commitment. Accordingly, we have established the following evaluation criteria and quality requirements for all of our approved suppliers:
Service Quality: Degree of compliance with the agreed requirements, including absence of incidents and the Amaze team’s level of satisfaction.
Delivery Times & SLA Compliance: Ability to deliver services or products within the established deadlines and to maintain reasonable response times.
Responsiveness: Average response time to incidents or requests, particularly for technical or mission-critical services.
Amaze may conduct periodic performance reviews of its suppliers. Results from these evaluations may result in the removal of a supplier from our official roster if the established quality criteria are not met.
